Andrew is the newly appointed Data & Systems Implementation Officer at Morley, responsible for optimising the use of the Access Human Resources Information System and implementing a replacement system over the coming months.
Andrew joined in 2020 in the role of Service Desk Coordinator in the IT Team having performed similar roles in Higher Education since 2005. Prior to this he spent eight years as a Customer Service Manager with Thomas Cook.
Andrew is passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and ensuring services exceed the expectations of customers.
Outside work Andrew can be found following football, motor sport and rugby union, in particular Swansea City FC, Harlequins RUFC and the Welsh National Teams.
