Commemorating Grenfell

Today, Friday 14 June, marks the seventh anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire, which claimed 72 lives and affected countless others, particularly in the area surrounding our North Kensington Centre for Skills.
At Morley College London today we are:
- illuminating our North Kensington Centre building in Grenfell green,
- observing a two-minute silence throughout all teaching centres at midday, and
- replacing our regular digital display screen content at the North Kensington Centre with a ‘Commemorating Grenfell’ slide.
We are also suspending our normal social media activity on Friday 14 June.
Pictured below are members of the North Kensington staff team, who created ceramic Grenfell hearts for future display.
Today we remember those who died, and those whose lives were forever changed.
