Cost
Class format and activities
This is a practical class and you will spend most of your class time drawing and / or painting. You will work on self portraits, and/or transcriptions of portraits by artists selected by your tutor. Your tutor will set you a lesson plan every week with options for self-directed drawing and painting with tutorial support. The class will use group discussions and for short lectures on artists' work.
Entry requirements
This is an intermediate / advanced level class and is recommended for those with some drawing and /or painting experience who wish to concentrate on portraiture. Advanced learners will be encouraged to build on and develop their skills and a personal style.
What you need
Please bring a Notebook & Sketchbook along with a pen & some pencils to your first class and your tutor will provide a list of materials as the course progresses
