Creativity can be studied and enhanced through practice. The idea that the place where new ideas come from relies only on genius or inspiration can be very unhelpful. What if mindful excercies and intensional play could be used in the promotion of a more flexible and creative mind? In this introductory course each week we will try a different approach to mindfulness and creativity.
