An evening taster course for beginners to get a feel for stone carving and explore tools and techniques. Stone carving Sculpture term students can also use this course to develop their on going projects. Basic materials included.
Demonstration, practical work and discussion, with one to one guidance. Beginners will be given practical guidance and health and safety information. You will develop your carving techniques. We will be looking at visual examples of other stone sculptors' work.
No. This course is suitable for beginners, on going stone carving students and sculpture students who wish to learn new skills.
