What you will learn
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Sequence beats to advanced levels: Customise your drum sounds and incorporate layers, fills and syncopation
- Write basslines that have groove and strengthen your track, shape the bass sound that you want to hear
- Understand Synthesis: tweak those presets and create your own wobble and sub bass, pads, hihats and bass drops
- Use advanced techniques: sidechain compression, Logic's Chord Trigger, vocal and FX processing
- Incorporate production techniques used by producers you admire

Demonstrations + explanations from Tutor Practical Class exercises, observed by tutor Individual exercises & tasks (each learner will have a music workstation each)
Entry requirements
Completion of Electronic Music Production 1, Logic Pro Beginner, Home Studio Recording & Production, or equivalent experience. Access outside of class to Logic Pro, Ableton Live or other sequencing software is recommended. A strong interest in music. A basic understanding of how music is constructed. Basic computer skills, file management etc…
