You have passed your Entry 3 exams or understand and use English at a strong upper-intermediate level. You use the Roman alphabet confidently and have good study skills in this class. YOu will develop your English and prepare for exams
On successful completion of the course, you will achieve the following qualification: Award in ESOL Skills for Life (Reading) [CG]
You will: - work individually, in pairs and in groups to develop language skills and confidence. - practise listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. - use the internet and other technology to develop language skills. - build your study skills - prepare for exams.

Good progression depends on good attendance, regular practice of English and completing homework. ESOL Level 1 is demanding and the student is expected to commit to regular daily practice.
