Morley Opera School presents a selection of opera scenes from Gluck’s Paride ed Elena, Cimarosa’s Il Matrimonio Segreto, Mozart’s Idomeneo, Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia and Poulenc’s Les Dialogues des Carmélites, exploring the theme of actions and their consequences. From secret vows to deals with Gods, they range from hilarious to devastating.
