Ian Rawlinson is an artist whose work explores places of transition and aspects of identity and change. He works with a range of different media, incorporating printmaking, construction, filmmaking and writing into his practise.
Ian studied at Winchester School of Art and the Royal College of Art, gaining a first class honours degree and an MA in fine art. Ian regularly exhibits his work in group and solo shows in the UK and internationally. His work is held in public and private collections.
Ian is a tutor in printmaking at Morley’s Waterloo Centre for Adult Education, where he teaches a selection of courses, including Printmaking Beginners and Thursday Evening Printmaking.
