Marshal is a firm believer in the transformative power of education, aligning with Morley’s core values. Driven by this belief, she has embraced the roles of Student Governor and Chair of the Student Council. In her commitment to lifelong learning, Marshal has pursued her academic ambitions and earned an Honours degree in Forensic Psychology, a journey which fuelled a dedication to mental health advocacy. Her main focuses are to improve education, health and care systems and to fight systematic inequality at a strategic level. Committed to driving positive change, she actively engages in strategic endeavours such as serving on the King’s Trust and Department of Health and Social Care Governance board, The Foundation for Education Development Council, The King’s Trust Youth Committee Leadership team, and contributes as a member of the Black Leadership Group.
