Rhythmic health exercises for the over 50's to tone up and align the body, promote confidence, and improve physical and mental well-being.
The course will be delivered in college with social distancing. Typical activities include: Moving around the room, to music; Exercises for mobility, Aerobic section, Work with hand weights for toning, floor work on mats to strengthen muscles; Stretching to develop flexibility Conscious Relaxation practice.

This course is a general level suitable to those aged 50+ who are fairly active.
Please wear loose exercise clothing and trainers. You may also want a towel and some bottled water.
